New data reveals Melbourne has the lowest CBD retail vacancy rate in the country.

June 2024 sees the the sixth Economic Snapshot released this week.

The City of Melbourne Economy Snapshot is a free seasonal activity guide for businesses that reveals where people spend their time and money in our city.

The update in this recent Snapshot shows that retail vacancies are bouncing back – thanks to some innovative programs and new investment. Mondays are seen to be busier in train stations and commuter passages across the city, and if the East end fo the City is thriving for hospitality, then our theatres and special ocasion dining is bringing customers back too we can possibly assume
