This globally recognised video style training offers an exciting way for businesses to upskill staff in this new style of visitor economy.
As part of this program, new regional destination training content is being developed with a dedicated VTIC manager and will be a wonderful tool in supporting customer services skills and attracting new participants to our favourite industry: Tourism, Events and Hospitality.

This is part of the Victorian Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions Worker Attraction and Skills Initiatives for Tourism (WASIT) Program. This initiative has been funded by the Australian Government via their $7.5 million ChooseTourism Grant Program to help the states and territories position tourism as a career of choice and attract workers to fill the many vacant positions in our industry across the country.
