Black Dog Institute and Business Victoria has launched a free online mental health education program for 1000 eligible Victorian small business owners and employees extended through to 31 December 2022.

There are 10 short, interactive sessions that can be completed at any time, users learn mindfulness and other cognitive skills to help deal with work and everyday challenges, including ongoing uncertainty due to the COVID‑19 pandemic.

Short, easily accessible and targeted each month via a new topic, mindfulness tasks and more. Mindarma is just one of the tools in a post pandemic SME toolkit.

Business Victoria has extended free access until 31 Dec 2022.  It is 10 x 15min modules which will provide you with fascinating insights into the brain, information on the science of mindfulness including the relationship between The Wise Mind and Reactive Mind, and teaches practical strategies to help manage difficult thoughts, uncomfortable emotions and times of high stress.  In addition to the 10 modules there are extra resources in a section called ‘Brain Food’ should you like to explore and learn more.  At the end of the short course you will also receive a certificate of completion.
